My mission is to give you mindfulness based, practical tools and tangible insights for repairing and re-building resilient relationships. Developing emotional intelligence is central to creating the capacity for a strong, deeply attuned connection that can weather the problems that arise.

Often times we can mistake the authenticity of an intense emotional experience as an objective truth about ourselves or our relationship. Mindful awareness can help us learn how to be in conversation with those emotions. It can also give us the space to become curious about what habitual stories we are telling ourselves over and over again.

These are stories that keep us perpetually stuck and stories that keep us out of the present moment. Once we possess a new level of awareness, we can start to make different choices. Choices that are intentional and choices that have the power to repair and heal our relationships.
